I.Technical Services announces the expansion of SMT production capacity with the purchase of a new screen printer for their new high speed SMT production line, at their facility located at 6245 Shiloh Road Suite D in Alpharetta, GA. The addition of the DEK Omni 7 screen printer will go into a new high speed SMT line that features Assembleon AX201 and AX301 placement machines. The new high speed placement equipment positions ITS to manufacture higher volume and higher density products thus offering more flexibility to ITS customers. The new high-speed line will be the centerpiece of the production operation to go with existing SMT production lines for mid volume and proto type production. Michael Thompson, CEO of ITS, said “The new service offerings will provide ITS with an expanded footprint to continue to grow our current production capacity. Our complete service offerings of electronics manufacturing services include printed circuit board assembly, potting, automated coating, system assembly, test & engineering services, full repair services, forward and reverse logistics”.
